Satisfaction Guarantee Fulfillment Process

 

Please Note: Any Bausch + Lomb product which has a suspected manufacturer fault may be returned for analysis as per our standard product complaints procedure. Please contact our Product Complaint Team at: productcomplaints.uki@bausch.com to report any issues experienced with our products.

If your patient is not satisfied with either their Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® ONE DAY contact lenses, you can return them for credit providing the product:

  • Has a minimum of 12 months shelf life
  • Is returned within 60 days from date of invoice
  • Is returned together with the original paperwork/order details
