  2. To claim your trial contact lenses, download and print off the voucher and book an appointment with your local participating Eye Care Professional (ECP). If your ECP determines that Bausch + Lomb ULTRA® ONE DAY contact lenses are suitable for you, hand in the voucher to your ECP to receive your trial contact lenses.
  3. Professional examination and fitting fees may apply and are not included.
  4. You must be resident in the United Kingdom or Ireland and be 18 years of age or older to redeem this voucher.
  5. Each voucher is valid for one-time use only.
  6. No purchase required.
  7. Trial lenses are subject to availability at the time of your appointment.
  8. Vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, replaced if lost/damaged, redeemed against a purchase. No refunds are available for any trial lenses returned.
  9. This voucher is void where prohibited by law.
